Markus Wanke is a German Patent Attorney and European Patent Attorney with a technical background in chemistry. He has been working in intellectual property law for more than 20 years. He has experience in all fields of intellectual property law, i.e. trade mark law, design law, competition law, law on employee inventions and especially patent law. Markus has conducted or accompanied many application proceedings as well as oppositions, infringement and nullity proceedings. He has many years of law firm experience and has also gained experience in the patent department of a large German DAX-listed company.
