Martin Krause studied electrical engineering, microelectronics at TU Dresden, graduating with a thesis on “Development of a thermal AlTiO ALD process by use of in-situ sensorics”. Thereafter, he went to Tokyo to work in an R&D division developing and testing gas and fluid measuring devices utilizing FPGAs, before starting at a patent office dealing with various cases in Japan and China, for multiple years. In 2023, Martin Krause started his training as patent attorney.
Mr. Krause has a wide practical technical knowledge in nano-technology, semiconductor-technology, electrical materials, analog and digital circuit design and programming.
In particular, Mr. Krause has a broad knowledge in national and international patent grant proceedings.
