Bettina Hart advises and represents national and international clients in areas of intellectual property law, with a focus on unfair competition and trademark law as well as employee invention law.
Her activities include out-of-court and in-court enforcement of trademark infringements and prohibitions of unfair business practices, also by way of interim relief.
She supports clients in establishing, maintaining and defending trademark portfolios, as well as negotiating and drafting contracts.
With more than 17 years of in-house experience in companies of different industrial sectors, her advice has a special focus on companies and subsequent issues, in particular from the fields of commercial and corporate law, contract law, data privacy law, insolvency law and the law on general terms and conditions.
Bettina Hart was admitted to the Bar in 2007 and joined Meissner Bolte in 2019.
