Jonas Hahn is active in various fields of intellectual property law, in particular patent, utility model, trademark and design law. He is especially involved in the drafting of patent applications and in assisting in the grant, opposition and appeal proceedings before the EPO and the German Patent and Trademark Office (DPMA).

In the context of application, examination, opposition and appeal proceedings, Mr. Hahn has specialised in particular in the following technical fields: AI-based medical technology, gene sequencing technology, irrigation and garden technology and packaging process technology.

Mr. Hahn is further involved in conducting and analysing patent literature searches.

As a biomedical engineer, Mr. Hahn gained experience in the development, improvement, support and testing of medical systems and devices.
