Sebastian Gensler is a patent attorney candidate for qualification as a German and European patent attorney since 2021. During his studies at the Technical University of Munich and the Sapienza - Universitá die Roma, Mr. Gensler gained profound knowledge in the fields of mechanics, automotive engineering, materials engineering, manufacturing technologies and additive manufacturing processes. During his studies, Mr. Gensler further deepened his knowledge while working for planning companies in the energy sector as well as industrial companies in the rail vehicle and automotive sectors. In addition, Mr. Gensler was engaged in interdisciplinary development activities as part of various student company cooperations.
Mr. Gensler works on matters of intellectual property law, in particular patent, utility model, trademark and design law.
Furthermore, Mr. Gensler is involved in the preparation of applications, the protection and enforcement of intellectual property rights as well as the performance of intellectual property searches.
