Michael Fischer is a highly skilled German and European patent attorney specialising in industrial property law with a strong focus on patent, utility model, trademark, and design law.
Based on his studies of computer science he has special expertise in protecting inventions in the field of IT. He has extensive knowledge in the field of artificial intelligence, robotics, databases and telecommunications.
He has advised numerous smaller, medium-sized and larger corporations in Germany and abroad. In his career, he worked both in renowned law firms as well as inhouse in an international large corporation in Switzerland.
