Dr. Bernhard Wölfl focuses on intellectual property matters, in particular patent, utility model, trade mark and design law.
He also assists in appeal, opposition and infringement proceedings, in conducting and evaluating patent searches, and in preparing and reviewing translations of technical texts. In addition, Dr. Wölfl participates in the preparation of applications.
During his studies at universities in Austria, Germany and the UK, he contributed to the development of new reactions and substances that can be used in the manufacture of medicines. He was also able to gain valuable experience in the chemical industry while working as a process chemist.
