Leon Ladewig works in various fields of intellectual property law, in particular patent, utility model, trademark and design law. His field of activity focuses on drafting patent applications, handling them during the granting procedure, and assisting in nullity and cancellation proceedings.
His technical fields of activity include in particular computer-implemented inventions in the automotive and robotics sectors, as well as optimization methods and digital image processing.
As part of his research activities, Mr. Ladewig has developed and analyzed online algorithms and approximation algorithms for several industrial optimization problems. In addition, he has been active in university teaching during this time.
