Sean Conway is a European Patent Attorney with a degree in Physics from the University of Bath in England. With over 7 years of experience Sean handles mostly drafting and prosecution of UK and EP Patent applications, as well as representing clients in Opposition and Appeal proceedings before the EPO. Owing to his Physics background the majority of Sean’s work is based in the mechanical, electrical and medical apparatus fields.
Sean has handled the prosecution and grant of hundreds of patent applications and prides himself on his friendly and direct approach with both Applicant and Examiner. Sean works with both large businesses looking to expand their patent portfolio as well as start-ups looking to protect their new ideas.
