Meissner Bolte is expanding and strengthening its litigation department from August 15, 2024 with the addition of attorney Moritz-Melchior Bloser to its experienced team in Munich. Meissner Bolte is a full service IP law firm providing all services in relation to IP.

Moritz-Melchior Bloser has been working as an attorney since 2012 and most recently worked as an associate partner at the patent law firm DTS in Munich. From 2017 to 2023, he worked at the patent law firm Vossius & Partner in Munich, before that at the British law firm Olswang in the Munich office. He is admitted as a European Patent Litigator before the Unified Patent Court (UPC) and advises national and international clients on all patent law matters. His focus is on legal representation in complex patent disputes, in particular patent infringement proceedings. Moritz-Melchior Bloser has extensive experience in cross-border patent disputes.
A thematic focus of his work is telecommunications and mobile communications. In these areas, he has extensive expertise in standard-essential patents and antitrust and competition law issues (FRAND). In addition to freedom-to-operate and infringement opinions, Moritz-Melchior Bloser also advises on employee invention law, utility model law and contract law.
