The Mannheim Regional Court has ruled that Deutsche Telekom does not have to pay damages to the British patent exploiter Showrunner. The patent of the British company Showrunner had not been infringed by the tethering function of Deutsche Telekom's mobile network, according to the judges. The two Meissner Bolte partners Dr. Tobias Wuttke (lawyer) and Gernot Schröer (patent attorney) are in full charge of the Bonn-based mobile communications company.
