The countdown is on: The Unified Patent Court (#UPC) is to start its work on 1 June 2023 and thus simplify patent law and litigation in Europe. For years already, our experienced lawyers and patent attorneys have been preparing for this change. Together with the French IP law firm Santarelli Group (IPSIDE - SANTARELLI - BREVALEX), we have just founded the European Patent Litigators Network (#EPLN). Thus, we are now pooling our expertise in European patent protection and defense in order to offer great legal and technical expertise in all aspects of intellectual property – nationally as well as internationally. In this way, we are able to provide our clients with highly qualified and cost-efficient advice and to represent them before the Unified Patent Court.
