We are delighted to invite you to Meissner Bolte’s IP-Days seminar in Munich, which will begin at 12:30 p.m. on Wednesday, September 25, 2019.
This year’s programme will focus on the currently virulently discussed topic “Automatic Injunctions in IP Litigation– Paradise Lost or Paradise Found?” „Automatische Unterlassungsverfügung bei IP-Verletzungen - Fluch oder Segen?“
providing us with perspectives and practices from the key worldwide jurisdictions. We are delighted to be hosting experts from Japan, UK, the USA and Italy – as well as giving some insights into the key EU jurisdictions of Germany and the UK. Of special note will be our speakers from Siemens and Deutsche Telekom, providing us with the ever-valuable industrial perspective.
Throughout our programme, we shall be covering new developments and legal aspects on Designs and Trademarks. Of particular note are the talks planned for Wednesday, wherein we shall cover practice aspects of Trademark & Design creation, brand management and crucially brand protection/enforcement.
Our seminar will end with a stimulating panel discussion concerning “Automatic Injunctions” with our special guest Dr. Matthias Zigann (Presiding Judge at the District Court of Munich I, Germany)!
