Meissner Bolte UK is pleased to announce a refreshed trade mark and copyright team. Janet Bray continues to lead the team with her wealth of experience in UK trade mark matters. We are excited that Alexander Pickles has joined us as of today. Alexander is a Chartered Trade Mark Attorney and has been called to the Bar of England and Wales, and therefore has considerable experience and expertise in contentious matters. Silvana Milnes is a part-qualified Trade Mark Attorney and is continuing her training. She recently completed the postgraduate Queen Mary University of London Trade Mark Law and Practice Course and is a valuable member of the trade mark team. They are all assisted by a strong team of paralegal support staff.
Our patents and designs team continues to be headed by Sam Giles, assisted by Adbi-Hasan Ahmed. Fellow director, Andrew Parker, is a Chartered UK Patent Attorney with particular expertise in the handling of patent applications and opposition cases at the European Patent Office. Janet Bray's experience also includes all aspects of patent work and as a dual qualified Chartered Trade Mark Attorney and Chartered Patent Attorney she continues to provide support and advice. Felix Letzelter recently became a director of the UK firm and he has extensive experience and expertise in chemistry and the life sciences. Here, too, we have a strong team of paralegal support staff.
